FEATURES:

ATS-12s is a rack-mountable AC mains distribution units combined with Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) in 1RU package. This provide the user benefits of Rack space savings, ease of operation, Simple wiring and cost effectiveness.

High priority to safety standards has been given while designing and manufacturing of the product so as to eliminate hazard during operations and maintenance. The Circuit Breaker has been recessed from the front panel to protect accidental tripping while operations and maintenance. Two independent Microcontroller has been assigned for the sequential and changeover operations which provide fast and reliable operation. A high speed Electro-Mechanical Relay optimized with electronic circuitry has been used to achieve minimum transfer delay perfectly suitable for critical IT and Broadcast equipments.

The ATS-12s is designed to provide a world class professional equipment by providing relay transfer Snubber protection circuits (optional). The Latched Relay at individual out ports provide uninterrupted power to critical equipments in worst case of failure of control circuit.

A high speed Microcontroller has been used to provide fast operations and intelligently programmed for all the safety and operational requirements. In case of Primary power failure, the ATS switches to Secondary Input in less than 10 mS time. Once primary power is restored, ATS would wait for 10 sec (default) for Input power to stabilize before switching back to Primary Input. Visual and audio indicators are provided to indicate presence of Input power.

1000ms delay between each output is set (default) for Sequential delayed outputs switch ON.

Using USB port at front panel, the user can set Sequential delay for each output port by their own. User can use their Laptop/Computer, Printer USB cable and any serial terminal program to access and change settings.

All 12 outputs are fused with fuse and individual Indicators access at front panel of the ATS-12s. Fuse can be changed without opening ATS cover. The Colour of LED are: RED- Fuse blown, GREEN- Fuse OK.

Inputs and DC power presence are indicated using LEDs at front panel

Two lockable Neutrik PowerCON input sockets provide fail-proof input connection. The cable Tie bar provide efficient cable management.
